Here is how the order process works:
- The customer calls us or orders online.
- We call or fax the restaurant the order.
- We dispatch a driver to pick-up the order.
- Our driver gives the restaurant a receipt and puts food in the hot bag.
- Customer receives food, hot and fresh, in an average of 35 minutes.
- We send a check at the end of each week for all the orders.
